This beach house is full of character and is the perfect way to relax while spending quality time with the family. Seagull Rock is a short walk to the centre of town, a 500m walk to the beach and a 3 minute drive to the marina. A large enclosed & secure grassed back yard allows the kids to play safely.

The outdoor entertaining area is where the action happens with a wood fire, BBQ, outdoor shower & fish cleaning station. Relax in the beautiful garden, enjoy a drink at "The Legless Gull" bar or have a ping pong tournament in the back shed. A fully equipped kitchen, air conditioned living room and laundry facilities will make you feel right at home. While you're out and about stop in at one of our local cafes and enjoy a coffee & cake (why not? you've earned it!).
There is plenty of parking for your fisherman & his boat. With 3 x bedrooms & 1 x bathroom, this property sleeps 6. Bedding arrangement is 3 x Queen beds.
Please note: Bedding and Linen is supplied-sheets, towels & bathmats.

What to Bring: All properties are furnished; however please note that these houses/villas/units are NOT serviced. You will need to supply any items that are used on a daily basis such as food, rubbish bags, dishwashing liquid, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and any other toiletries and cleaning products.

A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The rental agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card and drivers licence details.

Perfect Holiday House

Plenty of very comfortable sleeping options, well stocked kitchen, God BBQ facilities, lots of fun options for families, ample space for people to find a quiet corner, plenty of parking, large backyard, funky little features and so many spaces for people to relax out if the wind and weather. Comfortable and well furnished without being so polished you constantly worry about breaking something. 5 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to town.
