Welcome to Unit 46 Seafront Estate, located within a stunning complex right in the heart of Jurien Bay. With only a very short walk to the Turquoise Coast's most stunning beaches, great fishing spots and beautiful parks, why would you not want to stay here!? With a pool to relax by, communal BBQs perfect for entertaining or cooking the daily catch and a large grassed area for the kids to play.
Unit 46 is fully self-contained with a electric oven and cooktop, air-conditioning to the living area and main bedroom. This unit sleeps 6 guests, the bedding arrangement is 1 queen & 4 singles.
We provide basic amenities which include coffee, tea, sugar, bin bags,etc to make your arrival as carefree as possible until you have time to reach the shops.
Please note: Linen is supplied-sheets, towels & bathmats. Sorry No Pets.
The Seafront Estate has limited parking for cars and boats. Each unit has 2 bays for parking, this will give you parking for 2x cars or 1x small boat and 1x car. The unit may take a boat trailer to a maximum of 5m with a height restriction of 2m approx.
A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The rental agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card and drivers licence details.Our office requires to sight the guest/s credit card and drivers licence on arrival.
Mastercard or Visa Card details will be required for security/bond purposes.
* Note we CANNOT rent to School Leavers or persons under 25 years old.
Unruly behaviour from groups or individuals will not be tolerated at any of our properties
