This is a well presented 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom two-storey townhouse in the Seafront Estate and includes access to the communal BBQ and pool area. The property is located opposite the beach, a park and the jetty and has spectacular views of Favorite Island. Dishwasher, cook top and oven.
Sleeps 8. Bedding consists of 2x queens and 4x singles (2x bunks).
We provide basic amenities which include coffee, tea, sugar, bin bags,etc to make your arrival as carefree as possible until you have time to reach the shops.
The common area (pool, BBQ, grassed areas) is for use of guests staying at the complex.
Please note: Linen is supplied-sheets, towels & bathmats. NO PETS ALLOWED.
A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The rental agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card and drivers licence details.Our office requires to sight the guest/s credit card and drivers licence on arrival.
Mastercard or Visa Card details will be required for security/bond purposes.
